2. Products and Custom Orders

All items sold are 3D printed using various materials (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS) and may include artistic or mechanical models, tools, parts, or sensory items.

- Customization: Custom orders are non-refundable and may require additional processing time.

- Tolerances: Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in color, finish, and dimensions may occur. These are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

- We accept major credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

- Payment must be received in full before production or shipment of any items.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days after print unless otherwise stated.

- Delivery times may vary based on location, order volume, and carrier.

- Red Clay Printworks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of 3D printed items, returns are limited.

- Eligibility: Only non-custom, unused, undamaged items may be returned within 5 days.

- Custom Orders: All custom and personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.

- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, models, and branding on our website are the property of Red Clay Printworks or licensed creators.
